The mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy. There are scientific reports that people who have been given a simple sugar pill but were told that it was a new cure for cancer suddenly got better. This was they believed it to be true so for them it became a reality. See why belief is so important in magick!. Even most religions state the importance of the mind in fact jesus mentioned that if you thought about commiting adultery then it was just as bad as if you had done it physicaly. Thought=energy=???
